Are you familiar with this pattern: wake up, care for kids on autopilot, get triggered, rage, shame spiral, numb out, sleep (if you're lucky), repeat.?

The topic of anger and rage among moms is under addressed and the ripple effects are far reaching.

Research tells us anger has profound impacts on women's heart health and family system cohesion. In fact, the leading cause of death among women is heart disease!

As a therapist who specializes in maternal mental health, I often work with mothers who have few skills to manage the overwhelming sense of anger that plagues them daily, and who worry relentlessly about the impact of this anger on their families

This is not how motherhood is meant to be.

Join me for a 5 week support group that will equip you with the strategies and skills you need to manage your anger. We will discuss the roots of anger, somatic expressions of anger, why anger presents the way it does for you, how to mitigate triggers, ways to prevent and manage moments of rage, and how to repair without the shackles of shame and guilt keeping you down.

**This virtual support group is available to residence of CO, TX, and NC**

This support group will include:
• Weekly teachings
• Open discussion with other mothers about anger
• Practice of skills in session
• Handouts with useful coping strategies and resources
• Weekly Q&As during the session

 We will meet at 4pm MST on Feb 9th, 16th, 23rd, March 2nd, and 9th. After you register you will receive an e-mail with more information and link for meetings.
